Freiberger supports you in providing for the future – with a 15% contribution to your company pension plan and €39.88 per month for capital-forming benefits. Both offers are regulated in a company agreement and ensure clear framework conditions, transparency, and long-term security.

Working hours vary depending on the department, but they are always transparent and predictable. In administration, we offer flexible models with flexitime, part-time, and mobile working. In production, engineering, and logistics, our teams work in regulated shift systems that include early, late, and sometimes night shifts. Reliable duty rosters and working time accounts ensure planning security, transparent overtime regulations, and fair compensation options.
At Freiberger, you get IT equipment that suits your job. Depending on your position, this may include a laptop, headset, and in some cases a company cell phone—so you can get started right away and always have the best equipment.
