Pizza
Some like it classic from the stone oven, others like it paper-thin and crispy, and still others like it American style or with a stuffed crust. With Freiberger, all of this is possible: we have mastered all the standard recipes and production technologies – from homemade fresh dough and hand-stretched bases to organic quality and wafer-thin tarte flambée. And when the market demands something new, we develop processes that allow pizza to be reimagined.
Snacks
Crispy baguettes, savory bread snacks, or the classic hot dog—our snacks are just right for a quick bite between meals. All are available frozen in many sizes and varieties: pre-baked for the oven or ready to go for the microwave. And if you love Italian food, try our original stone-baked focaccia.
Ready meals
Simple, quick, and delicious: we also prepare delicious pasta and ready meals in endless variations: tortellini in ham and cream sauce, classic lasagna Bolognese, gnocchi, spaetzle, and risotto. Available with meat or vegetarian options. All meals are delivered frozen in baking trays and are suitable for quick preparation in the oven or microwave. The delicious pasta sauces are, of course, homemade—as are most of the pasta varieties.
Bakeshop
Baking stations in supermarkets are booming—and Freiberger makes it easy for retailers to exploit this potential. We supply pizzas, snacks, and hot dogs that have been specially developed for vending machines and remain fresh and delicious even after long periods of storage. Naturally, they contain no artificial additives and come in a wide variety of recipes.
