HASA adheres to the collective agreement for the food industry in Saxony-Anhalt, which provides a reliable basis for fair pay. In addition to the collectively agreed pay scale, you will receive bonuses for shift work, weekend work, and work on public holidays, as well as vacation pay and a special payment at the end of the year.
Recreation is a natural part of our culture. You are entitled to 30 days of vacation per year. You can take special leave for special occasions such as weddings, anniversaries, or moving. Doctor's appointments can also be arranged flexibly.
In Burg, the working week is 38.5 hours with a rotating shift system. Reliable duty rosters provide clarity, while the working time account ensures transparency when it comes to overtime.
