Freiberger has its origins in northern Berlin, which is still home to our largest production facility. This is where our story began in 1976, and where hundreds of thousands of pizzas roll off the production line every day. Around 700 colleagues develop, test, and produce what will later be found in freezer sections across Europe. Experience, curiosity, and a shared passion for good pizza—that's what defines our Berlin headquarters.

The remuneration system at the Berlin plant is based on defined wage groups and function levels, ensuring fair and consistent pay. You will also benefit from vacation and Christmas bonuses, various allowances, and anniversary bonuses. This results in a compensation package that provides security and values your work.
With us, you get 30 days of vacation plus 3 days of compensatory time off. Special leave is possible for events such as moving, marriage, or the birth of a child.
In administration, we offer flexible working time models with flexitime, part-time work, and the option of mobile working. In the areas of production, technology, and logistics, our teams work in a rolling shift system with early, late, and sometimes night shifts. The duty rosters can be viewed in advance, making it easy to plan your daily routine.
Freiberger contributes 15 percent to the company pension scheme and €39.88 per month to capital-forming benefits. Both benefits are regulated in a works agreement.
