Commitment pays off: Pay at the Muggensturm site is based on a collective wage and salary agreement. This ensures fair pay according to clear rules. In addition, there are vacation and Christmas bonuses as well as supplements depending on the area of work.
Employees at the Muggensturm plant are entitled to 30 days of vacation per year, plus half a day of vacation on Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve.
Regulated shift systems are in place, tailored to the requirements of production, technology, and logistics. The models offer planning security and fair compensation arrangements. In administration, smaller teams work fixed daily hours with flexible options.
At its Muggensturm site, Freiberger supports private pension provision with fixed contributions: 15% toward the company pension scheme and €39.88 per month toward capital-forming benefits. Both benefits are regulated by a works agreement.
